The COGS Board of Directors are dedicated members of COGS who conduct the business of the organization. Directors and Officers are elected at the Annual Meeting, by a majority vote of the members present.    The expectations of Board members are:

• To maintain good standing in the organization.
• To attend at least three-quarters of all meetings.
• To serve on at least one standing committee.
• To provide financial or in-kind support of the organization’s fundraising activities.

The Board meets the first Thursday of each month from 8:30 to 10:00am at Heartland Senior Living from September through June.
