Mike Sater is the current Disabled American Veterans, Department of Maryland Commander and the immediate past commander of Chapter 22 Disabled American Veterans in Westminster. He is presently certified to help veterans in the initial process of getting services from the VA.
Toni Whaley is a Registered Representative, Financial Advisor and Insurance Agent with Whaley Financial Services. As a Professional Member of the American Association of Wartime Veterans, she also provides education and advocacy that focuses on a VA pension called Aid and Attendance.
