Rosenthal also chairs the Maryland Commission on Aging, serves on the Maryland Baby Boomer Initiative Council as well as state and local advisory boards, and is immediate past president of the North American Mature Publishers Association (NAMPA), the trade association representing publications for boomers and older adults.
Rosenthal is a graduate of Yale Law School and Oxford University, which he attended on a Marshall Fellowship.
