About this Event:

For professionals who support older adults and their families, the work often comes with constant decisions, emotional conversations, and competing priorities that all feel important at the same time. Even when everything is being handled on the outside, it can create a level of internal “noise” that makes it harder to think clearly, prioritize effectively, and move forward with confidence.

This interactive session creates a pause in the middle of that noise. Through guided reflection, practical tools, and fun discussion, participants will learn how to quiet the mental clutter, identify what actually matters right now, and take a clear, manageable next step. Along the way, Wendy weaves in simple ways to reset and shift energy, helping participants not only think more clearly, but feel a bit lighter and more grounded as they move through their day.
