The Village In Howard is a member based organzation of Howard County residents 55 and older who wish to belong to a community that supports their choice to live independently in their own homes. Membership benefits include educational, recreational and social programs, and access to "neighbor helping neighbor" services such as minor home repair, transportation, and support after illness.
