Aging Parent Coach Jenn Gruber shares practical strategies to enhance listening, strengthen trust, and respond effectively when emotions run high. Participants will leave with actionable tools they can immediately apply to improve collaboration, reduce misunderstandings, and support families in feeling more confident and in control during times of transition.
About Our Speaker:
Jenn Gruber is an Aging Parent Coach who helps families and professionals communicate more effectively during times of change and transition. She specializes in guiding adult children and caregivers as they navigate the shifting dynamics that accompany aging parents and evolving family roles. Drawing on her background in coaching and her passion for fostering authentic connection, Jenn teaches tools that help people communicate with clarity, compassion, and confidence. Through her workshops, online course, and one-on-one and group coaching, she equips her clients with practical strategies for managing emotional conversations, setting healthy boundaries, and finding clarity and calm amid the overwhelm. Jenn’s work is grounded in a simple belief: when we lead with empathy and understanding, we create the conditions for connection, trust, and better outcomes for everyone involved.
